Magpie

"Magpies are thieves and steal shiny trinkets!" A myth debunked in recent years, Magpies do not steal shiny things!  In fact, there is little evidence to show that magpies are attracted to shiny objects any more than any other bird.
This is an original 5 x 5 x 1.5 inch acrylic painting and cut paper on canvas. Signed by the artist. Hardware is secured to the back for easy hanging. This piece is lovely by itself, but  looks extra special next to another feathered friend.
