How is my payment handled?
Payments are taken by credit card or PayPal in USD. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.

Purchasing with a deposit
If you would like to purchase an original painting over $450 you are welcome to purchase in stages. A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable to hold your painting. The balance can be paid the following month or in 2 monthly payments of 25% each. Please connect with me through the contact page if you are interested in arranging a payment plan.
Please be aware of scams. You will never be asked to provide credit card information outside of the standard payment page or invoicing. This is an arrangement built on trust, at no extra cost to you and interest free! Standard shipping costs and return policies apply.

SHIPPING
Is shipping included in the price?
No. Regardless of shipping location within the USA, a flat rate for shipping is applied at checkout based on size categories (small, medium, large paintings, collage, and prints).
I have placed my order; how soon will I receive it?
Original works and/or prints will be packed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Within the USA items are shipped by UPS or USPS. Most US deliveries arrive within 1-2 weeks from time of shipping.
Shipping time varies by location and may be longer during the holidays.

Can you ship internationally?
The online shop is currently set up for USA shipping only, however, I can ship to most countries. I recommend messaging me through the website’s contact page to make these arrangements. Please keep in mind shipping/delivery times and charges will vary depending on your location. Contact me with your details and the piece you would like and I can provide you with shipping costs and options.
Shipments outside of the USA may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. I do not have control over these charges and will not accept responsibility for additional charges.

Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labor, and transit fees.

LOCAL PICK-UP
A local pick-up option is provided at check out. Local clients may opt to pick-up purchased work at my gallery, Midnight Gallery, during normal hours of operation. If a client selects this option, they will be asked to provide proof of the paid invoice/receipt and photo ID at pick-up.

RETURNS
All sales are final. Each piece of work is photographed to portray the most accurate color and texture of each piece. Please keep in mind that images online will always appear slightly different that the actual piece of work. The image you see online may show minor variations between browsers, devices, and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

What if my painting arrives damaged?
I take pride in my work and carefully package each piece. In the event you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within seven (7) days. If possible, please take a photograph or video of any damages. *Original works can not be replicated.

What about Overseas Returns?
At this time, I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the USA.

COPYRIGHT
The artist retains all rights to the work. Purchase of art does not imply transfer of copyright.

COMMISSIONS
Commissions are always open, unless noted otherwise. The Client agrees to pay a non-refundable amount of 50% of the total price prior to the start of the project. The client may opt to split the remaining balance into two (2) monthly payments of 25%, however, the remaining balance must be paid in full upon the completion of the work.
The Client is responsible for shipping costs. Shipped work will be insured and a tracking ID will be provided. If the Client resides outside of the United States, additional shipping expenses will be added to the final cost.
Any mockups, photos and sketches of the work are property of the Artist. The Artist agrees to complete and deliver/ship the commissioned artwork at the completion of the commission.
The Artist owns the right to show images of the artwork in their portfolio, and will
retain computer files/pictures of the piece for use in exhibits, competitions, etc., including
their website.
